How does personalization work?

We are happy to personalize your order with a name on request.

The name embroidery makes our products unmistakable and unique gifts. In our in-house workshop, we embroider the favorites individually with your desired name or lettering.

We use very high quality embroidery thread which is of course Ökotex Standard certified.

This is how it works:

  1. Select product
  2. Embroidered inscription - Select embroidered name
  3. Enter name in the field
  4. Select font & thread color
  5. Order

Care instructions for cuddly toys

The cover of the cuddly sheep & dog is removable and can be washed.

  1. Open the zipper at the bottom
  2. Remove the wool fleece
  3. Wash the cover at 40°C and DO NOT tumble dry
  4. Reinsert the wool fleece - Air the wool fleece regularly

Yes, there are replacement fillings for normal sizes and XXL cuddly toys and sheep's wool cushions

Delivery costs

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate of 5.90 euros per order for delivery within Germany. All other countries and the corresponding shipping costs can be found in the shopping cart under country selection. (including statutory value added tax).

The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Exchange & Returns

Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be exchanged!

How can I exchange a non-personalized product?

You will then receive a returns label and the parcel will be collected from you.

Returns are free of charge and the purchase price will be refunded.

Damaged or faulty delivery?

If you have received an incorrect item from us, we would like to apologize. We will of course replace it as quickly as possible.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery will be made within 5-7 working days.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you.
